This review is from: Buffalo Tools CMS814UL 8-1/4-Inch Compound Miter Saw (Misc.) The saw arrived but before we could change the blade (it comes with a ripping blade) we had to figure out how to get out a tri wing (Y shaped) screw. We called service number on the booklet that came with saw and they did not know anything about it and in 3 days have not called us back. We ended up buying a special driver for it. It also was not assembled properly and had to be reassembled to make it work. The moter is very strong and good though and is the reason we have not sent it back.
